Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Customer Specialist to act as a trusted advisor, processing quotes and orders while supporting Account Managers across multiple stores. You will resolve customer inquiries by phone and email, aiming to enhance satisfaction and sustain future sales.

We expect at least a 2-year track record in inside sales or retail, with a high school diploma. A mechanical mindset and HVAC familiarity help, and onsite duties include four days per week with possible adjustments for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required plus minimum of 2 years inside sales/retail experience.
• HVAC sales or related experience is beneficial.
• Mechanical aptitude helpful for understanding products.
• Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Actively engages phone and e-mail customers to identify needs and provide timely solutions.
• Process quotes and orders on behalf of Account Managers with high accuracy.
• Partner with store and sales teams to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to support multiple stores and events as needed.
