Job summary

Trane Technologies in Raleigh is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support customers and internal partners, handling inquiries, quotes, and orders with high accuracy and professionalism.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, balance service and sales support in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to regional revenue goals while maintaining a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Previous customer service, inside sales, retail, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused environment with emphasis on service, improvement, and safety.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage customers by phone and email to understand needs and provide prompt, effective support.
• Respond to inquiries related to parts, equipment, orders, and general support with professionalism.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage follow-up with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Partner with Account Managers to support customer accounts and regional revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to add value through related products, promotions, and solutions.
