Job summary

Döhler is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist based in our Princeton, NJ office. You will be the key liaison for Account Managers, handling quotes, order processing, data management and lead-to-order support to ensure smooth customer interactions.

Ideal candidates have a college degree and 2–5 years in sales operations, with SAP knowledge preferred, strong communication, and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• College degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales operations or sales support, ideally in Food & Beverage or ingredient industry.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate to all levels.
• Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capability.
• Fast-moving environment with responsibility to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Process sample requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare quotations, contracts and price agreements with Pricing Team and Account Managers.
• Keep system tracking up to date with all relevant data inputs.
• Continuously update customer master data.
• Ensure optimum exchange of information within the division and with interfaces.
• Support Sales and customers during Lead‑to‑Order process, including RFI.
• Fulfilling administrative tasks to support Account Managers, including Forecast entry and New Product set ups.
• Proactively manage customer overdues.
