Job summary

Dover Corp is seeking a qualified engineer to evaluate customer RF & Microwave filter requirements and develop accurate, timely quotations for the Business Development & Sales teams. You will collaborate with Engineering to ensure alignment with design, manufacturing, and testing methods.

The role includes selecting filter topology, creating part numbers in ERP, pricing using internal guides, developing new pricing models, and generating CRM quotes while supporting BD/Inside Sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be willing and able to travel on occasion.
• Knowledge of estimating engineering design work.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems with moderate-to-high complexity.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn and operate CRM and ERP applications.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve and evaluate customer requirements for RF & Microwave filters.
• Select proper filter design topology and product series based on requirements.
• Create part numbers in ERP system.
• Assign pricing using internal pricing guide; develop pricing models for new products.
• Create product quotations in CRM system.
• Support Business Development and Inside Sales in customer meetings.
• Interface with Engineering to align on design, manufacturing, and testing practices.
• Assist Engineering with preliminary filter design when required.
• Own, validate, and update the internal pricing guide quarterly using cost data.
