Job summary

Sonepar USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Tucson, AZ location. You will manage orders, build relationships with customers, and coordinate quotes and deliveries from our facility to ensure timely service.

You will communicate with customers by phone or in person, solicit new product opportunities, and collaborate with credit, warehouse, and outside sales teams to resolve issues and win business. This role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm, with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of inside sales or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build rapport and solve customer needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone or in person to receive orders.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers.
• Coordinate with credit, purchasing, warehouse, and outside sales.
• Identify customer needs and provide price quotations and delivery details.
• Follow up on quotations to secure orders.
• Assist with processing sales tickets and delivery scheduling.
