OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a personable Counter Sales professional in Yuma, AZ. You will handle customer orders by phone and email, quote prices, and coordinate with credit, warehouse, and outside sales teams to ensure accurate, timely delivery.

Applicants should have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, strong math and communication skills, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 2–4 years related experience or equivalent
• High school diploma required
• Ability to run and maintain projects
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials
• Strong presentation skills for small groups
• Mathematical ability for basic calculations and pricing

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders by phone and email to meet expectations.
• Solicit sale of new or additional products by phone and email.
• Liaison between the customer and internal departments including credit, warehouse, and sales.
• Provide oral and written quotations or estimates of prices and delivery.
• Assist Counter Sales and maintain product knowledge.
