Job summary

World Electric, part of the Sonepar group, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Florida. The role focuses on processing orders, handling pricing, scheduling, shipping, and improving gross margin and profitability across product lines.

You will interact with customers via phone and in person, coordinate with outside sales and management, and prepare quotations and reports on sales activities.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate/degree from college or technical school.
• Six months to two years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls from customers to explain the service or product offered.
• Quote prices and use sales skills to complete the purchase.
• Outbound calls to follow up on previous quotes.
