Sonepar USA Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers by phone, email, and in person, working closely with service center staff to ensure top-tier service. The role focuses on understanding product capabilities, processing orders and quotes, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The CSR will collaborate with sales and operations, handle inquiries, negotiate prices when needed, and contribute to a smooth order flow, while demonstrating excellent communication

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Understand product capabilities, warranties and services.
• Develop relationships and provide Summit solutions.
• Assist customers with orders, quotes, and product questions.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and suppliers.

• Resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist counter and warehouse staff as needed.
