Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar family, is seeking a customer-focused professional in San Diego. You will manage customer orders by phone and email, coordinate with credit, warehouse, and sales teams, and provide accurate quotations and delivery terms.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree (A.A.) and 2–4 years related experience or equivalent
• High school or equivalent diploma
• Ability to run and maintain projects
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials
• Ability to present information clearly to groups; strong numerical and analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders by phone and email and strive to meet expectations
• Liaise between customers and internal departments including credit, warehouse, outside sales, and management
• Provide quotations and estimates of prices, terms and delivery
• Prepare sales tickets and ensure proper documentation for processing and delivery
• Estimate delivery dates based on firm schedules and assist with purchasing
• Identify pricing needs and offer competitive quotes
• Develop product knowledge to assist customers and other staff
• Other duties as assigned
