Job summary

OneSource Distributors, part of the Sonepar group, is seeking an experienced professional to handle customer orders, quotations and product support at our San Diego onsite location. You will work closely with credit, warehouse and sales teams to ensure accurate processing and timely delivery.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or equivalent, 2–4 years’ related experience, plus strong math, reading and communication skills to advise customers and close sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to run and maintain projects.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers, clients and the public.
• Ability to perform math functions including discounts, percentages and ratios.

Responsibilities

• Receives customer product orders by phone and email.
• Solicits sale of new or additional products by phone and email.
• Liaison between customer and departments including credit, warehouse, and management.
• Provide quotations, terms and delivery estimates for merchandise.
• Prepare invoices, process payments and ensure accurate records.
