World Electric in Florida is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will process orders, provide quotes, and coordinate customer service needs across the branch to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You’ll work closely with outside sales and the shipping department to arrange deliveries and track orders, while maintaining accurate records of prospects and quotes. This role demands strong communication and a proactive sales mindset.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate/degree from college or technical school.
• Six months to two years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and coordinate customer service needs within the branch.
• Offer pricing quotes and complete purchases with customers.
• Coordinate with outside sales and shipping to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and manage quotes.
