Job summary

World Electric in Florida is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. You will process orders and coordinate customer service needs, including pricing, scheduling and shipping, to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on sales, gross margin, market share growth, and profitability of all product lines, requiring strong communication and collaboration with other departments.

Qualifications

• Two-year certificate/degree from college or technical school.
• Six months to two years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and coordinate customer service needs with branch functions.
• Provide pricing, scheduling and shipping information to customers.
• Prepare customer quotations and analyze quotation results.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on quotes to drive sales.
• Collaborate with outside sales and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with shipping to arrange deliveries and special requirements.

Education
