Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Mayer team in Hialeah Gardens, FL. The role focuses on proactive inside sales and marketing efforts to increase profitable sales, build customer relationships, quote and process orders, and grow the existing customer base.

You will support outside sales, use digital tools to promote products, learn customer operations, and pursue new accounts within the specified territory, driving orders to completion and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED - Required.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office as well as ERP systems and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting product prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Utilize digital tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products, and answer technical questions.
