• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Utilize digital tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products, answer questions, and increase business.
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographic territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships.
• Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify objectives and preferences; close orders and resolve issues using root-cause analysis.
