Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions
• Utilize digital tools to sell, market, promote, and demonstrate products
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified territory
• Manage a defined customer base and maintain relationships
• Learn and evaluate customer operations to identify objectives and needs
• Process quotations/proposals and follow up through purchasing cycle
• Report market and product information to management
• Participate in product meetings and training to maintain knowledge
• Pursue product applications with internal resources and vendor reps
