Rexel USA, Inc. in Albany, NY is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive telephone and email sales, build strong customer relationships, and process quotes and orders efficiently.

You will support outside sales, promote product knowledge, and identify growth opportunities within the existing base. You will handle quotations, respond to technical questions, and use ERP/CRM tools to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, sales, or electrical distribution.
• High School or GED required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and terms.
• Assist outside sales by handling priority transactions.
• Utilize company digital tools to sell, market, and promote products to customers.
• Prospect for new accounts within the Albany area.
• Manage a defined customer base and build relationships.
• Learn customer operations to identify objectives and preferences and close orders.
• Prepare quotations and follow through the purchasing cycle.
• Report market and competitive information to management.
• Participate in product meetings and training to maintain product knowledge.
