The role requires 2+ years of customer service or sales in electrical distribution, and a HS diploma. You’ll use ERP/CRM tools, support outside sales, and pursue new accounts within a defined territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle basic/intermediate issues and problems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales by processing priority transactions.
• Use company digital tools to sell, market, and promote products.
• Prospect for new accounts within a defined geographic territory.
• Maintain customer relationships and resolve issues promptly.
