Job summary

POOLCORP, the world's leading distributor of outdoor living products, is seeking an Inside Sales Associate at our Leesburg, FL location. You will assist customers at the counter and over the phone, answer product questions, process orders, and help ensure a smooth sales and pickup experience.

The role requires excellent customer service, basic computer skills including MS Office, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers most of the day.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.
• Ability to safely move products weighing up to 100 lbs. using equipment such as a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions, orders, and service needs.
• Accurately enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs and product availability.
• Evaluate warranty items and provide delivery date estimates based on vendor schedules.
• Pull, stage, and distribute customer orders efficiently; restock showroom merchandise.
