Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet physical requirements.
• Excellent customer service attitude and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use MS Office.
• Ability to move products weighing up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product questions and orders.
• Enter sales orders, generate invoices, and process payments or authorizations.
• Recommend products based on customer needs and availability.
• Distribute customer orders and help with showroom and warehouse tasks.
• Support receiving, shipping, and overall branch operations.
