Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for the sale, rental, and leasing of John Deere Compact Equipment. The ISR will identify new and dormant accounts to drive equipment sales and revenue in the compact construction equipment segment.

The role requires calling on accounts, providing product recommendations, and maintaining CRM records. Essential duties include handling quotes, following up within 24 hours, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or a minimum of 1 year related experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers with persuasive personally and negotiation skills. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Customer Focus with strong ability to prioritize customer needs and expectations with an ability to provide and customer excellent service experience.
• Must be able to self-manage/self-motivate with persuasive personally and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Construction Equipment and attachments.
• Prospect dormant, new and walk-in accounts to generate sales.
• Greet potential customers, assess needs, provide detailed information and recommend equipment.
