Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Construction Equipment and attachments from the Braselton dealership. You will identify new and dormant accounts and drive revenue in the CCE segment, while delivering excellent customer service and accurate documentation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or 1 year related experience) and strong communication and negotiation skills. Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or a minimum of 1 year related experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Strong communication skills with persuasive personality and negotiation ability.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell John Deere Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) full product line and attachments.
• Prospect dormant, new and walk-in accounts to drive sales.
• Greet customers, listen to requirements, and provide equipment recommendations.
• Make calls daily to identified accounts to generate leads and promote products and services.
• Follow up on leads and quotes within 24 hours.
• Quote and negotiate prices and terms; complete necessary documentation.
• Maintain CRM/Dynamics records of customers and sales activity.
• Provide demonstrations and machine walk-arounds at the dealership.
• Meet or exceed sales and call targets; participate in training and meetings.
