Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Construction Equipment and attachments. The ISR will identify new and dormant accounts to drive equipment sales and revenue in the compact construction equipment segment.

The role requires effective communication, customer service focus, and ability to negotiate terms. Fluency in Spanish is a plus, with MS Office and Dynamics experience helpful for CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college; 1 year related experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to persuade and negotiate.
• Spanish fluency preferred but not required; customer-focused and able to service customers.

Responsibilities

• Sell John Deere Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) and attachments.
• Identify new and dormant accounts to drive sales and revenue.
• Quote and negotiate prices, credit and terms; complete sales documentation.
• Maintain CRM/Dynamics records of calls, leads, quotes and customers; manage leads to close.
• Provide demonstrations and machine walk-around at dealership; meet sales targets.
