Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sale, rental, and leasing of John Deere Compact Equipment. You will identify new and dormant accounts, greet customers at the dealership, and propose product solutions.

Responsibilities include making daily calls, quoting and negotiating, following up leads within 24 hours, and maintaining CRM records. A proactive, customer-focused communicator with Excel/Dynamics skills will excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset essential.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Equipment and attachments.
• Identify new and dormant accounts to drive sales and revenue.
• Respond to inquiries, provide equipment recommendations, and close sales.
• Maintain CRM records, quotes, and customer interactions in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed sales calls and quota targets.
• Stay updated on discounts and dealer pricing programs.
