Job summary

Dobbs Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Equipment. The role focuses on identifying new and dormant accounts to drive equipment sales and revenue in the compact construction equipment segment.

The ISR will prospect, greet customers, answer inquiries, provide equipment recommendations, and manage quotes and documentation. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or a minimum of 1 year related experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer-service focus.

Responsibilities

• Sell John Deere CCE and attachments and manage the full sales cycle.
• Identify new and dormant accounts to drive revenue.
• Present demonstrations and machine walkarounds at the dealership.
• Maintain CRM/Dynamics records for leads, quotes and customers.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and participate in training sessions.
