Dobbs Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Construction Equipment. The role involves identifying new and dormant accounts, providing product recommendations, and managing quotes and customer records in CRM/Dynamics.

Responsibilities include demonstrations and meetings of sales targets, while adhering to safety policies and continuously updating product knowledge and pricing programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or a minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Customer-focused with ability to provide excellent service.

Responsabilidades

• Sell John Deere CCE and provide product demonstrations.
• Prospect dormant, new, and walk-in accounts to generate leads.
• Follow up quotes within 24 hours.
• Maintain CRM/Dynamics records of customers and activity.
• Meet or exceed sales targets.
• Adhere to safety policies.
