Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or 1 year related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with persuasive negotiation ability.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell John Deere CCE and attachments to customers.
• Identify new and dormant accounts to drive sales growth.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and provide equipment recommendations.
• Make calls, follow up leads, and promote parts, service and sales.
• Maintain CRM/Dynamics records of customers and sales activity.
