Dobbs Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Ladson, SC to drive sales, rental, and leasing of John Deere Compact Construction Equipment. You will identify new and dormant accounts, greet customers, assess needs, and recommend equipment solutions from the full CCE line and attachments.

The role emphasizes lead generation, prompt follow-up, quoting, and CRM/dynamics-based activity reporting while meeting sales targets and maintaining safety standards across the dealership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university, or a minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for success.
• Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; Dynamics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell John Deere Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) and attachments to customers.
• Prospect dormant, new, and walk-in accounts to generate sales leads.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and recommend equipment solutions.
• Make calls to accounts to promote dealership products and services, including parts and service.
• Follow up on leads and quotes within 24 hours and complete the sales process.
