Dobbs Equipment, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive sale, rental, and leasing of John Deere Compact Equipment. The role targets new and dormant accounts to grow revenue in the CCE segment and requires proactive calling, detailed inquiries, and timely lead follow-up.

The position emphasizes demonstrations, hands-on product knowledge, and quoting with finance terms while maintaining CRM records and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or equivalent; 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused service approach.
• Fluency in Spanish is optional but advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Equipment and attachments.
• Identify new and dormant accounts to drive sales in the compact construction equipment segment.
• Maintain CRM/Dynamics records of sales activity, quotes, leads, and customers.
• Provide demonstrations and walk-arounds at the dealership; meet or exceed sales quotas.
• Follow safety policies and participate in trainings and meetings.
