Job summary

Dobbs Equipment in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive the sale, rental, and leasing of John Deere Compact Equipment. This role focuses on identifying new and dormant accounts, greeting customers, assessing needs, and recommending compact equipment and attachments.

The ISR will quote, negotiate, and document sales while maintaining CRM/Dynamics records and meeting sales targets. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or a minimum of 1 years related experience is preferred, but not a requirement.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers with persuasive personally and negotiation skills. Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.
• Customer Focus with strong ability to prioritize customer needs and expectations with an ability to provide and customer excellent service experience
• Must be able to self-manage/self-motivate with persuasive personally and negotiation skills.
• PC literate, proficient with MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and Dynamics required.

Responsibilities

• Sell John Deere Compact Construction Equipment (CCE) and their attachments.
• Prospect dormant, new and walk-in accounts to sell John Deere CCE.
• Welcome and greet potential customers at dealership; listen to requirements and recommend equipment.
• Make daily calls to identified accounts; promote dealership products/services.
• Provide quotes, negotiate prices/terms, and complete sales documentation.
• Maintain CRM/Dynamics records of calls, leads, quotes, and customers.
