Dobbs Equipment is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Riviera Beach, FL to drive sales, rental, and leasing of John Deere Compact Equipment. You will identify new and dormant accounts, greet customers, and guide them with equipment recommendations.

The role requires strong communication, customer focus, and CRM/Dynamics usage; Spanish is a plus. Expect to work with the full product line and meet sales targets in a dynamic dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; Spanish language preferred but not required.
• Customer-focused with ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell, rent, and lease John Deere Compact Equipment and attachments.
• Prospect new and dormant accounts and greet customers at the dealership.
• Record activities in CRM/Dynamics and follow up on leads within 24 hours.
• Demonstrate equipment and provide product recommendations to customers.
• Meet or exceed sales quotas and participate in trainings and meetings.
