Colibri Group is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to convert existing B2C leads into closed sales, qualify new business leads, and prospect for new B2C opportunities. This role involves high volumes of outbound calls by phone and emails to achieve revenue goals and upsell to recent purchasers.

You will become knowledgeable about all product configurations and maintain a strong phone presence. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and Spanish

Formación

• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.
• Excellent presentation skills and customer service oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound sales calls to qualified leads to qualify sales readiness and close sales.
• Take inbound sales calls with the goal of closing sales over the phone.
• Develop B2C and B2B sales opportunities by researching potential customers and accounts.
• Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to new and existing customers.
• Identify decision makers within targeted accounts to begin sales process.
