Job summary

QXO is a leading distributor and installer of building products, based in Boston, MA, seeking a customer service/sales professional. You will handle quotes, orders, inquiries, and coordination with operations to ensure on-time delivery.

Preferred candidates have frontline customer service or sales experience, with construction/building materials knowledge a plus; Spanish bilingual is a bonus. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and salary transparency.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience is required.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
