Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service and sales associate to handle quotes, orders, and inquiries in a fast-paced building materials environment. You will coordinate deliveries, assist the Outside Sales team, and help maintain pricing guidelines to ensure accurate, timely responses to customers.

The role requires frontline service experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn product details quickly. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with competitive benefits and on-site work in Lowell, MA.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience
• Industry knowledge in construction/building materials a plus
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Clear communication with customers, vendors, team and management
• Ability to quickly learn and retain product information

Responsibilities

• Receive and process price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product info and billing inquiries
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and customer financial policies
