Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service and sales oriented role to support pricing, orders, and inquiries. The successful candidate will coordinate with operations, assist the Outside Sales team, and ensure accurate information is provided to customers and vendors.

Experience in customer service and sales, plus knowledge of building materials, will help in managing quotes and order issues while communicating effectively across teams and management.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience required.
• Industry experience with construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, team members, and management.
• Eagerness and ability to learn and retain vast amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams
• Provide support to Outside Sales team
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services
