Job summary

QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, and order management. This role serves as the primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers by assisting with product selection, pricing, and project support.

Collaborate with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely orders and a superior customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; business or construction knowledge a plus.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Experience with ERP/CRM and order-entry systems; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
• Provide pricing, quotations, and product recommendations.
• Process quotations, orders, returns, credits, and exchanges.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse and delivery teams.
• Maintain customer accounts and pricing structures.
• Support Outside Sales with quotations and project coordination.
• Identify new business opportunities through outreach.
