Job summary

QXO is seeking a customer service and sales coordinator to handle quotes, orders, returns and inquiries, collaborating with operations and Outside Sales to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.

You'll contribute to pricing compliance, support telemarketing objectives, and help educate customers on product availability, leveraging Spanish bilingual ability and eagerness to learn product details.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service and sales experience.
• Industry experience in construction or building materials a plus.
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, vendors, team and management.
• Willingness to learn and retain large amounts of product information.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for price quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, product information and availability, billing inquiries, and corrections.
• Plan and implement telemarketing and prospecting objectives.
• Coordinate delivery and pick up of orders with operations teams.
• Provide support to Outside Sales team.
• Adhere to pricing guidelines and policies of customer financial services.
