Job summary

QXO is North America's leading insulation distributor and installer, seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional service while supporting sales growth. You will help customers select products, prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project execution.

You will serve as a primary contact for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers, building lasting relationships and supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business or construction knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
• Provide pricing, quotations, and product recommendations for building materials and related products.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, returns, credits, and exchanges.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse, yard, purchasing, production, and delivery teams.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach.
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and Delivery teams to ensure order accuracy.
