Job summary

QXO is North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation, roofing products, lumber and building materials. We are seeking a customer service representative at our local branch to support orders and provide product information to customers.

You will work closely with Outside Sales, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to ensure timely order fulfillment and world-class service. 1–2 years in customer service, basic math and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license if operating a vehicle.
• 1–2 years in a customer service role.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Personable, enthusiastic and engaging personality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Reps, Production, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to fulfill orders.
• Maintain a positive rapport with customers and deliver world-class service.
• Demonstrate strong analytics and problem-solving skills; proficient with computers to process orders and acknowledgements.
