Job summary

QXO is North America’s leading distributor and installer of insulation, roofing, lumber, and building materials. The Inside Sales Representative provides exceptional customer service while supporting sales growth through product knowledge, quotations, and order management, serving contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers.

The role works closely with Outside Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely orders and outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
• Process quotes, orders, returns, cancellations, and billing inquiries accurately.
• Build strong relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, and vendors.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, warehouse, and delivery teams to fulfill orders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide pricing, quotations, and product recommendations for building materials and related products.
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, returns, credits, and exchanges with accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse, yard, purchasing, production, and delivery teams to fulfill orders.
• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and customer outreach.
