Job summary

QXO, North America’s largest distributor and installer of insulation and building products, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Lorton, VA. This role works with outside sales to grow existing customers, generate new business, and meet monthly quotas.

You will provide product and technical information, process orders, and maintain CRM records. The ideal candidate has at least one year of B2B sales, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Solid problem solving and consultative skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
• Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend products and solutions.
• Process orders, quotes, or returns over the phone and maintain CRM records.
