Job summary

Gillman Home Center in Batesville, AR is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to assist customers and contractors with project needs. This full-time role offers 40 hours weekly with open availability Monday through Sunday; store hours are 7am–8pm, including evenings and weekends.

You will learn product lines, provide excellent service, prepare take-offs, estimates, quotes, and purchase orders, and ensure orders are invoiced.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1-3 years related experience or training.
• 3+ years of experience in building materials/construction.
• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to customers.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns; advise solutions.
• Create accurate take-offs, estimates, quotes, orders and invoices.
• Ensure orders are invoiced before leaving the store.
• Assist with loading products and other sales tasks as needed.
