QXO is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, provide product knowledge, quotations, and order management for contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers. You will collaborate with teams to ensure accurate orders and timely support, while building lasting relationships and contributing to growth.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with ERP, CRM, order entry systems and MS Office.
Spanish bilingual communication skills are a plus.
Experience in building materials, lumber, construction supply, or related industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries.
Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, returns, cancellations, and pricing.
Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and product recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, and commercial customers.
Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse, yard, purchasing, production, and delivery teams.
Monitor inventory and lead times, and communicate updates to customers.
Support Outside Sales with quotations, project coordination, and account management.
