Woodgrain is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will support branch sales, quote and promote building materials, and ensure prompt communication with customers on orders and delivery dates.

Essential duties include converting inquiries to sales, overcoming objections, quoting prices, and developing strong customer relationships. A two-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience are typically required, with potential for growth via base pay plus

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
• 3-5 years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales and order fulfillment.
• Quote prices and prepare sales orders for customers.
• Make outbound sales calls based on activity plans.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Estimate delivery dates based on product knowledge and orders.
