Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
• Overcome objections and communicate delivery dates.
• Prepare quotes and sales orders for customer orders.
• Make outbound sales calls as directed.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships.
• Update customers on delivery date changes.
• Enter new customer data into the CRM/database.
• Comply with company policies.
• Communicate product shortages or quality issues.
• Other duties may be assigned.
