GLS Auto in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to build and maintain strong relationships with auto dealer partners and drive new opportunities in the assigned territory.

You will help grow the deal pipeline, educate partners on our program, assist the Funding team, and document communications in CRM, all as part of a campus recruiting path for December 2026 and May 2027. Responsibilities

• Develop, grow and maintain effective relationships with auto dealer partners.
• Augment the deal pipeline and generate new opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Educate dealer partners on GLS programs and provide support via educational conversations.
• Collaborate on deal structures to meet dealer and customer needs.
• Review credit decisions and provide updates on active deals.
• Document all communications in CRM and the company's software.
• Support the Funding team with documentation and processes.
• Coordinate with outside sales to achieve territory goals.
