GLS is hiring an Inside Sales Manager in Tempe to lead a 10+ person team, shaping programs and policies to minimize delinquency and losses. You will hire, train, and motivate the group, while evaluating performance and adjusting staffing as needed.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 2+ years in supervision, and strong communication and organizational skills. A proactive, compliant leader is essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of two years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Experience with consumer lending/auto financing is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to priorities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in fluctuating volume.
• Proficient in computer use; MS Office knowledge; quick to learn new apps.
• Strong training, coaching and feedback capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 10+ employees and manage staffing and evaluations.
• Hire, train, develop, and motivate team to maximize opportunities.
• Review time sheets, approve time off, and monitor performance.
• Conduct coaching sessions based on scorecards and monitoring results.
• Analyze reports and set strategies to improve collections performance.
• Lead team meetings and ensure compliance with procedures and regs.
• Set department goals and manage daily schedules to meet needs.
• Run daily reports to optimize workflow and service levels.
