Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Experience in lead generation, inside sales, and outbound calling.
• Ability to manage a territory.
• Comfort using CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated territory of auto dealerships and drive loan originations.
• Build credibility through relationship development and high-touch communication.
• Make 80-120 outbound calls per day and collaborate with dealers on deal strategy.
• Document activities in Salesforce and other industry software.
