GLS is seeking an Account Coordinator in Tempe, AZ to work with dealers and assigned buying and sales representatives to communicate and resolve missing stipulations required to close consumer loans.

You will develop and maintain positive business relationships with dealers while delivering exceptional customer service, timely communications, and accurate funding support. The role emphasizes proactive problem-solving and strict attention to detail to ensure timely funding.

Qualifications

• Financial services and/or auto industry exposure is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with dealers and sales/buying teams.
• Assist dealers with accurate completion of funding packages.
• Notify dealers on funding package status.
• Identify and track funding errors and provide feedback to teams.
• Maintain turnaround times to meet volume targets.
