Job summary

Extreme Networks, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Services Inside Account Manager (SIAM) to drive service revenue within a defined territory. You will quote expiring contracts in advance, act as the service expert, and manage renewals and new subscriptions with a focus on delivering value.

You will forecast, collaborate with partners, and pursue upsell opportunities to build incremental pipeline and revenue while maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Inside Sales experience required.
• Strong telephone communications skills.
• Desire to grow your career in Service Sales utilizing consultative techniques.
• Experience with SalesForce.com required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Quote expiring contracts 90 days in advance and drive to closure.
• Serve as service expert for assigned territory.
• Quote and upsell into region/territory.
• Attain quotas and forecast weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Collaborate with partners to cross-sell and upsell services.
