Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO AutoChem Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales specialist focused on service contracts. You will generate leads, nurture prospects, and support Account Managers while executing targeted campaigns.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 1–2 years in sales/marketing with strong communication skills. Proficiency with CRM and MS Office is expected, with SAP knowledge a plus. A collaborative team environment is offered with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sciences/Engineering/Chemistry/Business field or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of industry experience in sales or marketing with direct customer communication.
• Consultative selling knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads by researching new contacts and service history for targeted install base.
• Execute Inside Sales campaigns and provide visibility for leads to Account Managers.
• Support service Account Managers with campaign initiatives, including contact identification and content development.
• Track activities in CRM and manage campaign programs end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and maintain relationships with suspects, prospects, and customers.
• Provide technical information on AutoChem service products and maintain product knowledge.
